Exposure looks too dark.. especially with two lights. Also the face looks a tad noisy..

Not a bad idea, but I think you could execute it better.

Definately agree with you there.

Big issue is the noise. I was shooting myself here, self portraits on a slow day, and missed the focus on almost all of my shots. I want to revisit the concept but with a model, that way I can focus on the composition of the photo.

So between messing with my PP.

Sorry, it doesn't work at all for me.

As you mentioned, the focus isn't on and your choice of selective coloring draws my eye there.
It's almost a pic of the sign that you got in the way of...

Maybe step away from the background a bit more to allow more background separation. If you use this for your avitar, you ought to crop it square to avoid the distortion.
