Good morning everyone.
I need a little help on the wording I should use in a Photo License Agreement I will be drawing up for a customer.
The customer will have exclusive lifetime rights to the images with unlimited use in all media's.

I'm hoping someone can direct me to a link(s) that will show me some examples of these type of license agreement documents and there wording.

You should never give someone exclusive lifetime rights to the images with unlimited use in all medias...unless they are paying you a TON of money, why do they need all those rights?

They wanted exclusive rights, its a city agency, as far as lifetime rights, I thought it would be appropriate, tell me more please...

Whose lifetime?

Theoretically they should be paying well into 5 figures per image, realistically they probably won't.
