I really like this shot but don't know how to get rid of the lense flare ? Any tips ?

With a really bright point of light in the dark like that, pointed directly into the lens, you really can't avoid it. That's a perfect test of lens flare control. This isn't too bad really. In fact it's probably best-case, with the flare superimposed directly over the light that causes it. A lens hood might help a little, or trying different angles until the flare is at least more attractive.

If you darken it all you do is make a shade of grey, but if you add a red tinge it doesn't look too bad.

The only thing really noticeable to me is around the back of his neck, which could easily be cloned out.
It's actually a pretty good image.
