Color is nice, I would frame to just above the door because the top is not adding to the picture. If you have the resolution I would crop just the soldier growing through the door and bring out his face - the man in the white is not adding to the picture.
For me closer to get the facial expression would make this shot.
Generally in action shots you leave more space in front for them to move into - so more on right might be better even though he is going through the door.
Thanks for the comments and tips. Matonanjin, I am not from Kiowa nation. The reason for the name is that I am a mechanic in the Army for the OH-58 Kiowa Warrior. The first helicopter I worked on had number 169 so hence the name.
