Hmmm . . . 57 views and no comments. I really am hoping to hear some feedback . . . the good, the bad and even the ugly! Silence is a form of feedback but your perspective is also a form of learning.
Several thoughts spring to mind when I look at these pics.
Firstlly I think its highly unlikely the bat would have just been left there like that by the last occupants so I assume you placed it there for effect?
Its possible that the bat could have been left there by some young vandals that may have broken in to try and ransack the place but I would expect to see a lot more damage to those wooden cupboards than there appears to be...The cupboards look abnormally sturdy so its also possible that the possible vandals tried their best to smash the cupboards to peices with the bat but failed miserably, got bored with it, left the bat there and went home...But I dought it.
I'm also supprised there is so much dust and rubble on the floor...Obviously no one has swept up in a while but where did it all come from?
In other words, I find them thought provocing and mysterious
Thank you! In fact, the bat was not placed there by me and is somewhat curious who left it like that. I doubt that vandals would have left it propped up versus dropping it where ever.
I'm glad you found the images thought provoking. Thanks for taking the time to provide me som feedback.
Thanks. I was drawn to the second one as well. As for the tones, I downloaded the demo to Nik Silver Efex. So far, I really like the ease with which tones can be achieved. If only it didn't cost as much as it does.
