Just an ole duck doing what it takes to get the girlees. These guys are long gone, they don't stick around here in the summer. These were taken in June.

I am yet to see a cinnamon teal but here you are posting the captures of one of the most beautiful ducks. I am jealous.
Tim, Excellent set. #2 and 3 are my favorites. Great colors and feather details.

Tim, these are really pleasing images of a beautiful subject. Colors and detail are very good. I like the pose in the first shot and the feel of the last one.

#2 I like this shot, although a bit too centered for me
#3 was that a viagra bath

#4 just beautiful, that one green feather is something I did not notice before, sure are pretty ones, I'll bet you are already looking forward to their return

#3 and #4 are great shots Tim. I just love that Cinnamon Teal... #3 has such a great feel at the down low angle that you took it at... very nice.

Super shots Tim,it's always best to get this water-level perspective but not always do-able unless you wanna be in muck up to your ankles. I've always had issues getting the details on CTs; these are really good!

Thanks Karl. How would you crop a shot like 2? I understand not wanting it centered but how else would you crop it and why? Inquiring minds.....

Thanks for the kind words Steve. This time I was lucky, I was able to lay down on nice dry dirt for these shots. The diffused light from the cloud cover helped tremendously.

Hey Tim, I would think that taller, vert would work if you had the space above and the BG did not interfere or if you could soften or blend it. Just my thoughts....as you inquired
