Focus good, exposure good, very symetrical.

I think it would be better if you were not looking so high up (longer lens further away).

I think it would also be better if you had the ground for context.

The colors seem muted - I would add some saturation.

Good job - my suggestions might be more my taste (aside from saturation) so wait for more feedback.

Actually, I like the muted colors - it plays to the apparent age of the sign (faded, rusted...).

I do agree on the angle. Without the ground context, the angle is distracting. I like the tight crop, but if you could go across the street, get on the second floor, and use a telephoto, you'd really have it pop, I think...

color seems good to me, it is an old faded theater.
I think you are too close, maybe try it with a 10-17mm fisheye lens?
