Even after monitor calibration with HUEY prints are coming out too dark. Any suggestions??

Hi, I use a 2400 also. I'm no expert and you may already have your settings.Try this
Open file> to edit> to color settings, under work space : Adobe RGB 1998 ( if used )
under conversion options: Intent Relative Colormetric
In your Printer optins
under Color Handling : ** choose Photoshop manages colors **
under Color Management : ** Click ICM on, Click off/no color management
Pick proper paper profile*
Like I said. I'm no expert and there is more to this .....but my prints look "very" close to my calibrated monitor with these settings

Thank you Mike and Robert. My paper setting was wrong. Sometimes you forget to pay attention to all this little stuff. Thanks again.

How bright is your monitor. I've lowered my calibrated measurement to 8f c/m and prints now match.

I assume you are using some sort of profile for the printer too.
