I had a great couple that were convinced that they were not good in front of the camera and hired me to shoot their day PJ style which is what I do. We had time before the reception and walked through a nearby campus and did a few non PJ shots. I know everyone has their own opinion of how they will photograph, I personally stay behind the camera at all cost, but I was able to grab a handful shots that I hope they will like even though "they are not good in front of the camera." I offer one up HERE
Although he isn't really visible, she looks very pretty. Some people just don't like being in front of the camera no matter what you tell them about how they look. My family says that every picture of me I have the same stupid smile on face. Well, at least I'm smiling!
I always tell them that even if they aren't good in front of the camera, I'm good behind the camera so relax and we'll get some great images.
Couples who think they don't take a good photo really never will until they relax and be themselves. When true emotion comes out, it will always make for a great photo.
they looked to good to me. yeah i offer some sort of conjunction where i make up for a good shot behind the camera. i also tell them that the more comfortable they feel, the better the pictures will come out.
I think it's very nice. I also think it's an insecurity that many have, even myself! I feel that I;m "no good in front of a camera" too. That's why there's only a handful of images of me. But, the reality is, it's just my perception.
thanks for the feedback and insight. yeah, I offered that shot up not as how good the photo was, but how wrong they were. I in edit right now and got a I lot think think they'll be happy and probably surprised with.
Thanks all for checking in and to the us in the US hope you're having a good holiday weekend.
