Focus is good and the contrast between shaded and not is good too.
To improve,
I would crop top lit area off and focus on the gargole.
A portrait shot with more water down with face in left third would improve I think
Bringing out some details in face with shadows / highlights would improve
I agree with Scott re cropping. Perhaps a piece of white card-stock to act as a reflector to open up the dark areas ( and again, perhaps not - this monitor is way dark ).
