p.1 #1 · Canon 400 Version 1 Repair Shop

So now that school is out and I don't really have any obligations as far as shooting goes I was planning on getting all my bodies and lenses calibrated, cleaned, and get a general clean bill of health since I have the funds and haven't ever done it for most of my gear (that probably needs it). I can obviously send them all to Canon to get them repaired...except the 400 2.8 mk1 that I know they don't repair/clean/look at anymore. I know somewhere there is an "independent" place that services these lenses still but I forgot the name.

What is it? Thanks!

I've had good luck with KEH down in Atlanta. They fixed a loose element in my 400/2.8-Mk1 and cleaned it for about $100.

They did a great job on my 400/2.8 MKI and are working on another lens of mine right now.
