Wiphotoguy, thank you for the kind words. Most where took on AP with a 70-200 & a 1.4x convertor.I used a D2h with spot or matrix metering depending on when the sun got out. Kind regards Graham.

Nice shots.

I just got done updating "Huddersfield and District Association Football League" on Wikipedia. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huddersfield_and_District_Association_Football_League) You may have more up-to-date data.

PS: do you get to shoot at Huddersfield Town F.C. games?

Hi Caleb, yes i have the web site thanks, I use it sometimes to pick the match to cover that weekend (paper usually wants a high division top of table clash). Yes i do get to cover the Town match sometimes. I have posted a couple on this forum a while ago now!, i've probably removed them now but here's a sample! Are you from Huddersfield originally? . Kind regards Graham.

No, not even close. Born right here in Minnesota USA. Big Man Utd fan as well as a big soccer fan, so I took it upon myself to update the HDAFC Wikipedia site. Still waiting on Tuesdays results for Div. 1, 2 and 3 though so as to complete the season tables in Div. 1 and 2.

BTW: were you referring to H.V.Academicals Reserves, because they're second in their division, but H.V.Academicals is tenth in Div. III.

Edit: Are you shooting for the Daily Examiner?

Thank you Mark for the very nice comments, look forward to maybe meeting you at our next footy encounter . I am, unfortunately, at the rear end of any career change now!!, (I was a sports freelancer in the film days, with national paper back pages, but had to get a "proper" job when digi first came in as, at that time i didn't have the thousands of £/$ needed to compete with the established photo agencies. I am slowly building a Reputation as a local sports shooter now so i suppose that will have to do for me at the moment , Kind regards Graham.
