p.1 #1 · A few shore birds

Hey all - haven't posted in quite some time...but my wife and I went out for a bikeride and I got some keepers - so I just thought I'd share. For the first one I got up real close...i had already put the 100-300 away, but could walk in close with the 70-210... I think its a Black-tailed Godwit (Limosa limosa) but it could be a Dowitcher. If you know, please post, so I can update my site.

Common Redshank (again...i think )

Eurasian Oystercatcher

Double-crested Cormorant - I've been trying for ages to get one of these in flight. To this day, this is the best i've come up with.

**Thanks Karl - totally missed that - I've edited them quickly and taken out the dots... and so now my job tomorrow is to clean the sensor...cheers!

#1 is a great shot, nice job on the oystecatcher. Might want to clean your sensor, got some blobs showing up. Probably going to need at least a +1 to 1 1/2 Exposure boost to do those commorants in the air, good luck on your quest
