p.1 #1 · Split on Half

OK here are 2 of my fav. shots i have come up with for this weeks WA and im split between the 2. I like the peas because half a pea pod is just sad and the reflection kind of eases the pain. I like the flower because the reflection turned out excellent and the shadow reminds me of a stem. C&C welcome.

Of the two I like the flower better. Good positioning, good reflection, nice shadow to left.

I don't think the surface works well and the pictures white ballance looks too brown.

Turning down the yellow would improve.
Shooting on a less textured surface would improve.

I think the flower is better because the background on peas just does not suit it.
