I could use some help with a Photography Release/Waiver that will cover me for pretty much anything I guess (people wise), this is what I have come up with, I need to finalize it by tonight or early tomorrow, cause for the first time I will have to use one, please comment on it or recommend changes or anything else, I'm not really familiar with this sort of thing, the one I created for minors is pretty much the same:
Photography Release and Waiver
For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant permission to _________________________ and his assigns, licensees, and legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, pictures, digital images in all forms, of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, advertising, promotion, exhibition, or any other purpose and in any manner or medium.
I also grant permission to __________________________________ and his assigns, licensees, and legal representatives, to offer these photographs for use or distribution in other publications, electronic or otherwise, without notifying me.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs.
I am 18 years of age and I am competent to sign this release. I have read this release and waiver and I am fully familiar with its contents.
