Local deal and you may or may not find it...but I was in my CompUSA and they have all software 40% off. That includes Apple and Adobe Pro apps. CS3 web standard for $600, Photoshop for $400, the upgrade $119. I got Final Cut Studio 2 upgrade (from final cut pro) for $450...it retails for $600. So a great way to save a bunch on software that is very hard to find for below retail and 100% legit.
If you don't have a CompUSA and are interested, I may be able to help you out. Its close..PM me.

CompUSA is going out of biz, that's why – free for all.
yup, they are having a hard time competing, especially since the internet has things for cheaper, they are losing bussiness. Then they also have to compete with other stores (Bestbuy, CircuitCity, ect.)
I got my HP B9180 from there for $375 then I just went back this week and my local store is almost out of stock on everything but paper and ink still huge in stock. I got $500 of photo paper for $200 and $2000 in ink for $800. I am stocked up for this year for paper and ink. WOOHOO.
I also got applecare for my macbook pro for $150 and that retails for $340
