Very cool! Wonderful colors, composition, sharpness great--looks like a finalist to me! I love the figure in the reflection. It is almost 2 pictures in one.

Thanks Jane, This was all done pretty much in the dark so I wasn't even sure the figure (me) had been captured until I got home and looked on the computer.
Well, hopefully it reminds folks of some time they thought they saw or heard something that didn't register as normal. Lighting was pretty lousy, so I may try again this evening using another window I found today and moonlight instead of the uneven tungsten sources at this location. Thanks for the look and comments.

Scary, indeed! I think that I detect an eye looking through the pane, as well.
I really like the images within the image, AL, and the warm late afternoon or early morning colors are perfect

Hi Robert,
I'm glad the concept is visible to you. This was actually taken around nine PM but, I wish I had waited a little longer for the full moon. The limited tungsten lighting was poorly distributed and troublesome with the hot spots. Thanks for the look and comments.
Thanks Howard. I initially had a crop with just the main pane and the vines, but it lost identity as a window. Perhaps I will experiment some more.
Thanks again.
I wouldn't change a thing. This shot is unique and seeing the ghostly figure in the foreground just makes this even better. Don't reshoot, don't second guess, it is what it is and what you have is totally different than anything else. Freaky, scary, chilling, and nice all at the same time. Stick with the original instincts on this one
