I just recently got a Bogen 3021Pro and then 2 days after it arrived, I spotted a much more stable tripod made by the Strongbuilt company.

Yeah
it's "secure" so you probably can't just click on the link.
Anyway, it's less than 200 bucks. Also looks comfortable. And safe. Has a safety rail.
Have to increase my workouts to get in shape to carry it.
Anyone seen any stability tests on these?

Stability is based on the combined weight of you and your gear.
I can't tell from the description if the swivel seat is cushioned or not.
But most importantly, is there an option for fitting a leveling base to the seat? The last thing I need is to be sitting lopsided. I hate that...
