p.1 #1 · Lyndoch village green pano's

I've just come back from taking photos at the Lyndoch village green. These where all done with a Canon 40D and 17-40mm f4. #1 has 3 images, #2 has 8 images #3 has 3 images.
It always amazes me how photoshop can put these together with such great precision.

1,3,2 for me in order of preference.

2 because of the shortness to foreground feels very distorted by stitching.

1 has nicest compostition but the sky and trees needs some processing work - they seem washed out. It would be better for me if the bench looked into the picture instead of out.

3 is similar in need to 1 for processing and I find the man and dog distracting.

Thanks for sharing. Scott

Thanks Scott. #2 does have quite substantial distortion, I'm not going to correct that photo however because I don't have enough vertical space to do so.

I like your idea for #1, I might retry it with the bench looking inwards more. I didn't get the focus quite right on that one and I think the trees are a little fuzzy so it may need to be retaken for that reason also.

#3 is an easy fix for the man and dog as I took that frame twice, one with the man and one without.

Thanks for commenting Scott
