p.1 #1 · Wimberley/Gitzo bag?

I'm looking for a bag that will hold a Wimberley mounted on a Gitzo GT3541XLS. The combination is roughly 38" long but because the Wimberely is also about 10" wide, I've not had much luck finding anything which would work. Plus, I'd like not to spend an arm and a leg...already spent that for the head and tripod!

Suggestions?

Not the best suggestion since you want it mounted, but RRS makes a bag that will hold that tripod and the bh55 mounted. I have to unmount my wimberly to fit in the bag cause it's too long. I think Think Tank makes a tripod bag that is adjustable, I think you'll only pay a hand and a foot though.

Cheers,

David

bottom bag. he does not pad his bags. come to think of it neither do i. and i have yet to damage any of my legsets. you can add your own though. 1/4" closed cell foam. i keep my RRS TVC-33 in the Kgear unpadded small bag with a BH-55 sitting on it inside its ballhead pouch.

Either one of those larger Kinesis bags would work great! Thanks for the suggestion! Padding isn't really necessary but I wanted to get something to keep the stuff 'pod & head protected and not bouncing around in the back of the car.
