My wife works in a theatre Wardrobe, they have this silly nativity scene.
The wardrobe department want to use it as a silly xmas card.
Any suggestions?

Its silly.
Models appear a bit lifeles and stiff. Would be nice to have catchlights in their eyes.
Actually, ignore all that.
Congratulations on getting everyone to hold still during the photshoot. Most of the animals have even stayed at attention.
No, ignore that.
Just bump the contrast a tad. looks good!

Go for it!

It is whimsical and interesting and reflects the season.
It would be better if the doll on right front was not out of focus and the manager was square on and you were not framing through characters.
