I don't think so. The lens flange to sensor distance is too different. Canon EOS is 44 mm Minolta is 43.5 mm. So shaving 0.5 mm off the Rokkor will make the lens fit on the EOS with infinity focus. Nikon is 46.5 mm so you will need to take off 3 mm which I am sure there is not enough room on the Rokkor lens mount.

That looks like a significant scratch on the front element. My guess is that it might result in increased flare wide open or even one stop down. One trick is to carefully fill in the scratch with something like a fine black sharpie to reduce flare. The lens seems a bit pricey given that scratch.
