Well now that the 5d Mark II is officially released its time to be rumoring about the successor to the new camera the 5d III, ISO 100,000? 40 megapixels? ETTL control onboard? Maybe it will be capable of freezing your subject by altering time space continuum rules or be capable of shooting into the past.
what do you think it will have?
Lets see how long it takes THIS thread to reach 100 pages lol.
6" touch screen LCD with integrated MP3 player for iTunes and a quick way to share your HD videos on YouTube. 4gb in-camera memory for games, vids and music.
I hope they incorprate a 12" lcd, include a 32 gig cf card, wireless tranmitter capable of transmitting images from Mars (I can't live without this). We also need 800fps, chrome trim, possibly choice of colors (I could use mossy oak break-up but in pink or purple), built in printer for the stupid direct print button (finally it'll have a purpose!).
And I guess if it's not too much to ask just for the eco-hippies make it run on solar power so we don't need batteries anymore, for cloudy days & low light a mini-windmill can be employed for power. This would be fitted to a head apparatus and power supplied over a cord to the camera. Any unused power can then be sold back to the grid!!! I'm waiting Canon!
Im pretty sure everyone who has said "if this next camera doesnt have... then im going to Nikon" has said it for every new release. They never switched to Nikon, and they got the new camera anyway.
I heard it will be 6mp, use a digic 1 chip, have 1 point center autofocus, popup flash. And it will be out in another 3 years. Oh, and theyre ditching compact flash to go back to smart media cards.
