1, 3, 2 - the green does not work for me but 3 would be better if you could keep his teeth. A toned down 3 might be my favorite.
Even though you did not ask - leaving more space right and down would help to give him some space to look into. I would have framed above the left eyebrow.
They are all incredibly dramatic, but I agree with most others that #1 is the winner. It's almost too dramatic (if that is even possible). Maybe the b&W conversion would tone it down a bit. I get lost looking at the picture with so much vivid detail. Great shot and perfect composition though.
