An army buddy got 10 days leave before beginning his tour in Iraq. He likes playing airsoft so we organized a little game. Playing with the settings I found I liked the results with high contrast black and white photos. Tell me what you guys think.

These two are similar, I can't decide which one I like more
I agree, BW is the choice.
All have a dynamism to them, fitting with the subject.
I prefer 2 over 3 because there is more space in front of the weapon.
I like the angle/tilt chosen in 4 and 5.
5 is really well-done. The bright areas make the image busy, and emphasize how camouflaging is at work.

I'm always a bit nervous posting here because some of the best photographers I've come across post here. Lets just say some of the work I see here is a bit, well, intimidating. You guys liking them means a lot to me, as goofy as that sounds.
