p.1 #1 · images corrected?

Hi All,
I corrected images in PS yesterday and saved the images by saying yes to dialog box when closing out image.
I have done this in the past and had no problem, this time when I opened the images in another viewer the images showed no correction.

I did the same thing in the Canon software with the same results. When I open them back up in the Canon or PS software they show the corrections.

I'm very confused about this. Can some one tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,

BQ

Not quite enough info in your post ... if you saved the image in PS, it was probably saved as a .psd file that your viewer could not read (maybe even in another location than where you were looking). Try this ... open file in PS save with a clear new name in a location where you can find it (make sure you save it in a format compatible with your viewer ... ie JPG for example).

p.1 #4 · images corrected?

Hi UCSB,
I broke my ishium tuberosity a few weeks ago and I'm still taking pain killers for the pain.
Probably why I may have omitted some info.
Images were shot in Canon 20d in JPG mode. Pulled into PS from the card. I opened them did the corrections then closed out. When the dialog box came up asking if I wanted to save changes I clicked on yes thus saving them with the same name in the same folder.
I will try opening the images in PS browser and saving them in a different folder with a different name.
Thank you for taking the time to write me back and trying to help. I just started shooting weddings after a long break and I am having to do major corrections in PS to make up for the things I'd forgotten while shooting.
The next shoot will be easier as things are coming back to me.
Thanks again,
BQ
