Is there a program or plugin that will produce a pen & ink or line drawing type effect.
I have a lot of photos of traditional commercial fishing boats that i would like to use in creating a series to appear as drawings. I am using PS 5. Thanks and take care. Bob

I'm not sure if PS 5 contains all the filters you'll need, but give these tutorials a try:
