p.1 #1 · Logo on Polo Shirts?

Anyone have any recommendations for a company that can affordably print (or stitch) your logo on a nice polo shirt? I did find one place that looked OK, but I think they wanted a $65 setup charge and I wasn't sure if that was the best deal to be had or not.

Apparently I can't Google something like this because I keep getting the same results from places that don't seem to offer what I'm looking for.

Thanks!

I've had great success with Queensboro (NC, USA) Ask 'em for an intro special...
think it's like 6 shirts w/logo setup for $99. Been using them for years so I'm sure it's more
$$$ now but definitely worth a looksee.

I can HIGHLY recommend this company:

There prices are ok. Theres cheaper, but they do use nice quality material and do an excellent job.

Thanks! I'm not necessarily looking for cheap, I just don't need more than 2-4 shirts and some places I looked at had minimums of 10-12 or more, plus setup costs.

These two places give me a lot to go on...

I just had some done here:

http://www.corporatecasuals.com/

There was a one-time fee to digitize my logo but I paid it because I wanted variety & quality over price.

Lands End offers free setup occasionally. Their shirts are top quality and great warranty.

I've done a bunch of work with The Fat Tomato - she'll do one shirt or 1,000. Small shop with tons of attention to details.

Don't skimp on the quality of the shirts that you select for embroidery. A little extra expense for a thicker shirt is worth it for embroidery.

Another vote for Queensboro. I've had hats and shirts done through them. Good service, great pricing, excellent quality and very low minimum order of 4. I also think that with one or two exceptions you can combine products to meet your minimum order amount.

Most places I've found do charge a set up for digitizing your logo.

You might look for a team sports dealer - for example, Lloyd's of South Carolina is in the soccer uniform business. They carry Nike, Adidas and Puma (soccer lines) - there are similar companies that do football - the shirts are made for embroidery and are nice looking. The application fees aren't bad and they don't force you into doing a dozen shirts.

Your logo stays on file and you can get jackets and everything else later if you need it.

If you get a better deal per piece for 12 than if you just did a small number, could you use them as promotional items?? I understand it's more up front, but I've used polos (not for Photography advertising) as promo stuff, giveaways, etc. in the past and people get really excited for them. Anything over the usual pens, pencils, other small things.

I recommend Queensboro as well, although don't scrimp and buy the low end polos, in my opinion, pay a bit more and get a higher quality.

They have a minimum purchase quantity of four items, but they don't all have to be polo shirts.
