In the second set, the first like too slow of a shutter. My attitude is either get motion blur or keep it sharp, but you seem to have straddled the line and it just looks blurry without conveying motion. In the third, I don't see why a rusty girder is so important that it needs to be in focus at the expense of the scene behind. If you're going to throw the people OOF, IMO the focus point needs to maintain a thematic balance to the image. Even if its not a person or item of importance, I don't see the rusty girder carrying any major thematic or compositional relevance.
Nice third set. Watch the amputations (IE 2, but not a deal-breaker here).
Love the third set except for the last. Not sure about the color choices in post, don't like the hacked-off ankles.
Thanks for the words of wisdom! I do have to remind myself not to crop so tight losing apendages and what not. I especially notice it in post when I try and do an 8x10.
