Very nice Frank. What lense? My daughter has 5 of these beautiful animals(not polo)and I still don't have the best combo, 5D- lense to get the shot I'm looking for.
Good luck,

Thanks, John. This was taken with the 70-200 F/2.8 IS at 200mm. The polo ponies look a lot like thoroughbreds. I'm not sure if they are a mix. What kind of horses does your daughter have? Thanks for stopping by.--Frank

Frank,
I like your new photo... though I wish it was more of a side view of the bird so we could see the head better.
Good luck to you!

I agree, Carrol. I was hoping he would turn around, but no such luck. I got this through a window, so I was fortunate just to get the shot. I iwsh I could tell them how to pose :-). Thanks for the comments. Congrats on your WA victory.--Frank

Hi Frank,
What a great action shot! I love how you've stopped motion and can see individual drops of water. What a great idea for the WA.
