Picture from a wedding I attended and shot. I really like the intimate moment between couple during the fathers speach, I think its ace but I know the family, anyway I feel I could make much more of this but I come looking for Ideas. since this is the best I could come up with. Anything and I give it a go. I've got loads more but this is a favourite
Taken 400d with 100 @f2 with no use of flash
Also say anything else I could improve either in capture or post capture

I think it has some potential, but there a few things that make it fall a bit short:
1. father's head is cut off
2. too much distance between the 2 points of interest (the couple and the father) If possible it would have been better to shorten the distance or dead space between the 2 with a side angle instead of shooting full on.
3. huge red space is distracting, maybe b&w would work better.
4. greenery in the front left is distracting, again maybe b&w would help.
I know a lot of what I'm saying doesn't really help after the shoot, but something to think about next time. Thanks for sharing
I would colour correct (white eye dropper on the dress, reduce the magenta in his face through selective color, add contrast with curves or USM plus sharpen
Oh - and go back and get the top of his head in
If you had another of all of him speaking you might be able to add him to this image perhaps?
