Sam Bortol Offline Image Upload: On p.1 #1 · OK...So I'm clueless I'm not good at all at post processing, sure I can change some colors here saturation there but I do not know how to really post process. can you guys help I'll give you some pictures and I wanted to maybe get ride of some of the dirt and give it a little bit more pop you are all more then welcome to edit my pictures as well... pattyw Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #2 · OK...So I'm clueless Well, the only way you're going to get good at PP is if you just try it! For the dust/dirt try lassoing the area and applying the "dust/scratches" (you'll find it under "noise") filter. Set the threshold at 11 and the radius at 10... don't worry about being exact with the lasso, you can always use the "history" brush to bring back the detail that's been obscured. I think the problem is the angle of the lighting, the sun really shows all the specks in the paint. The third image looks like either a severe paint problem or something bad was done in post-processing. christo™ Offline Image Upload: On p.1 #14 · OK...So I'm clueless I think I was being rude while feeling flippant, and I would like to see you post a full shot of your Cooper in that daylight (we don't get that up here in MN much these days), just that the only way to post process this with any hope would be to blur the crap out of most of it and maybe focus in on the headlight? Sharpening noise always sucks, and the flecks on that dark paint are noise. It is a fun post for me because the mini-cooper will always have a place in my heart. My step-dad raced the '60's era minis, and they were always fun to drive and work on. It was a cool class for a long time. I got to drive one of the new ones, and dang if they don't still have the spirit even if "all grown up" with all the crap the governments require these days...
