I'd try a tighter crop on the left side--might help keep our eyes focused on the flame and the face. In fact I tried a really tight crop that crops the head just above the eyebrows, the right just behind the ears, the hand below the wrist, and the left was cropped to about 1 candlewidth from the hand.
