Some OK shots there, but mostly snapshots. That's not necessarily a derogatory term, but in a good photo, you want to convey some feeling or message, so there should be some point of interest that grabs the viewer. The one with the old guy sitting on the sidewalk is getting close. Lots of non-horizontal horizons, too, which is just silly, and easily correctable. Spend countless hours on the forums here, and think about why you like the photos you do, and what about them gives you that feeling. Look at the composition most of all, and the common elements that you enjoy. There's that whole "rule of thirds" thing, which is a good starting point, but certainly not a hard rule. Keep at it, and keep posting.
