Possibly crop to leave out the brown under the house (just above it so still showing the white roof). I do believe it would be improved by increasing both the yellows and the reds (in your Color Balance.) This would warm it up a bit and, more importantly, create more contrast color-wise between the house and the surrounding buildings Also suggest increasing the darks some (In Levels.)
