That test is really pretty lame. I know I'm color blind, as does anyone who has ever taken a test for color perception (normally at some point in early adolescence) and failed it. The biggest misconception out there is that a color blind person can't see colors. That is very rare. Most of us just have trouble distinguishing close shades of similar colors.
Despite my "handicap" I do quite well at making adjustments to the images I take. My wife is my 2nd opinion, when it's a close call I show here the before and after and she almost always agrees that the adjustments I make are right.
The most common type is red/green color blindness in which people have trouble telling the difference between green and red. It usually affects only men, but interestingly is genetically aquired from your mother.
As usual, Wikipedia does a good job of describing colorblindness.
Mark, surely if one is color blind they'll probably know it, but it can be subtle too - it was only a few years ago that I realized my two eyes see different color temperatures. It's not always noticeable, but sometimes there's a pretty huge difference if I switch between my eyes. I don't think it's enough to cause me any problems with color-correcting photographs, but I do check with both eyes individually to see if I'm off on certain images.
And Mark, interestingly the skin tones in your profile picture are quite reddish-pink - in light of this thread I'm not sure if that's intentional or not (note that I do realize the colors are a little weird in my picture too )

You are right, and I will be honest, I never even noticed the red/pink tint to that picture until you mentioned it. I took it back in May (I think) with my G3, I was actually holding the camera in front of me. It was shot in JPEG, and being nothing special I never bothered post processing or anything. It does bother me that I never noticed it until you pointed it out, and I guess that's because I'm pretty defensive about my handicap because deep inside it bothers me.
I should also note that the reason I called the test lame is because it is so basic. I guess I was hoping for a simple yet more comprehensive on line test that would better pin point the areas of weakness in color perception.
