Composition could be a little better I think, but overall a good idea, and the lighting works well out of the door.
That eerie green light reminds me of how hospitals used to look at night. That color green was everywhere, considered restful for the eyes. Seems somehow fitting to match the police and the hospital...two institutions meant to keep us safe through day and especially night.
