photomarvin Offline Buy and Sell: On Want To Borrow Long Lens In Kansas City Area I've tried this in the past and it worked wonderully, so I thought I would give it another try. I hope to go out to Squaw Creek to 'shoot' some Bald Eagles and really need to have a long lens. I am looking for either 400 prime or bigma, or tamron 200-500...something with some reach, maybe even a 300 something or other. I live in the Kansas City area and pamper my equipment and would pamper yours. I would even be interested in purchasing if someone has something local they are looking to sell. photomarvin Offline Buy and Sell: On Want To Borrow Long Lens In Kansas City Area Actually I have had a fellow FMer let me borrow his 200-500...all I had to do was leave some of my gear with him...we have developed a nice friendship since then...no I don't want someone to just give me an expensive piece of glass, but to work something out...I guess I would have read between the lines...I did write I would even be interested in purchasing if someone has something local they are looking to sell...Not sure your comment was necessary or beneficial to either of us, but oh well...
