I know you all really miss my train shots, and I didn't want this week to get by without one Actually, I shot two series today, awful light, but I was going nuts to shoot something and get out of the office. This is the next to the last of this series of shots..

The more I shoot the 80-400 the more I like it. Even with the 'slow' AF on this lens, it will still keep up with a 60mph train, so I think that's pretty good.

Yeah the sun was out then, by the time the train had gone by, I did a 180 and I'm looking into a bright white haze.

Nice dynamic feel with the sweep of the tracks. Would be worth revisiting with rich color as the objective.
