These Already exist.
Elinchrom Ranger Quadras.
400ws, extremely small, 2 units pluggable per pack (might be assymetric power though can\'t remember) And the flashes themselfs are probably the size of a SB-900 if not smaller.
But i\'m guessing you meant all that, but cheap. Which the quadras are not...
