The Series 1 Vivitar 24-48 isn\'t to bad,actually all the Series 1 Vivitar zooms from the late 70\'s to early 80\'s shoot fairly well...the 35-85 is a wee bit sharper then the 24-48.Both these lens are susceptible to flare due to the large front element,so a lens hood is always required.
