I had the mirror in my 5D reinforced last May. It took 10 days including shipping. My focusing screen and CMOS were spotless when I sent it in. The only gotcha is their \"complimentary\" cleaning made both focusing screen and CMOS filthy. I had to screw around with it for hours and, although I got most of it off, it was never as clean.
