i once had a 70-200 2.8 (non-IS), and was never happy with the quality. I tried out the 135L and was sold. On my 1D Mark II I found it to be a bit long in a lot of circumstances but I imagine on FF it is very different. As much as I want a 85L I am a little nervous with that being my longest lens. Though I do have to option to through it on the 20D. As for the 70-200 2.8 IS I might find myself frustrated with the quality after using the 135L, but can imagine having the IS would be kinda useful!
