Probably jay, but I don\'t see that as an argument which would help us much. Not meaning to discount what you\'re saying though. With the number of CCTV cameras on every street corner, it\'s impossible to go about your daily life without being photographed.
It\'s more a case of who\'s being targeted. The bad guys are using small P&S cameras or mobile phones. They are then sending multimedia messages to Osama Bin Liner before anyone can do anything about it. The law and those who uphold it attacks the visible photographer: the ones like us.
I\'ve said it from day 1: this is not about terrorism, it\'s about control.
