A while back I was looking for a simple low cost, low profile camera support. I liked the Overxposed.com plates but did not care for their $100+ pricing. I developed a 6\"x6\" floor plate that supports a Pro Size DSLR with a 300 2.8.
The plate is CNC machined from a 1/4\" 6160 aluminum plate and will accept any ball head with a standard 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 thread. The head is not included in this sale. The price of the 6x6 plate is just $58 shipped to your door via USPS First Class Mail. PM me for PayPal information or questions.
