Official price before tax is 110K yen. Price at Fujiya Camera is 103320 JPY including tax. There's no listing at Map Camera yet but price should be same as at Fujiya Camera.
I'm planning to get one of these (to be addapted on my A7CII) as I was quite impressed with the lens when I tried a prototype / demo version at CP+.
