A1 goes down to 3.69M Dots, sure, but it stays 120FPS

EVF refresh rate has nothing to do with continuous shooting speed

A1 can do 60 (normal) ,120 (high) or 240 Hz (highest)

A7R6 can do 60 (normal) and 120 Hz (high)

any combination of continuous shooting speed and EVF refresh rate is possible
