Shooting with a non-meter-equipped F or F2 was a lot of fun...try it when it's a bright, sunny day and it's easy to guess the correct (or nearly correct) exposure.
When these cameras were contemporaneous, I looked at a lot of Nikon F2's in camera stores and owned one or two of them, always with the plain non-metered prism. I have never seen the odd version you have. The only explanations for the weird little Nikon name on the body and strange lack of name on the prism front I can think of are: 1. It's some kind of counterfeit knockoff, which I think is highly unlikely, or that this was a prototype made before they made a final design/styling design decision was taken.
