pixelpuffin, I believe you need to stop chasing gear and just go make images. I purchased the R50 fully understanding its limitations. I figure the best camera is the one that’s with you, and for small-handed me, the R50 is easy to just carry on vacation, short hikes, etc. Good luck in your pursuit, but “perfection” is elusive.
