I didn't vote for that, but here we all are. I can't blame the manufacturers or dealers. 10% to 11% seems about right when we'll probably end up with 25% Japanese goods tariffs.
I (and probably many of us here) am comfortable enough financially to grudgingly absorb this tax, but not well-off enough to benefit from the new income tax cuts (in fact, they also will hurt me). I feel for the people paying extra for basic items like clothing, appliances, and strollers.
